Fully customisable and professional invoices can be produced and printed on any of the stock integrated label forms available to buy on www.pickitpackit.co.uk. Add your own fields, text and graphics to each layout using the included layout designer. Your invoices can then be printed in bulk with just one click on to integrated label paper in one uniform format across all selling sites. This simple click and ship method means an end to traditional methods and the beginning of a time saving streamlined despatch operation.
You can even export the sales data, Packing Partner exports to an industry standard CSV file, perfect for those using accounting software such as Quickbooks.
Royal Mail PPI Integration
Packing Partner includes the facility to add Royal Mail PPI (postage paid impressions) to each invoice. If you use PPI for your postage you can set the image to be used for first, second and default postage. No need to purchase or waste time stamping each shipment or produce separate PPI labels. Each PPI is easily selected from a drop down menu on the main toolbar.

A new add-on allows you to automatically update your sales records. Just tick the records to update and click the toolbar button.
This displays a dialog to enter your details, click OK and your records are all updated.
This feature is only currently available for Amazon, EKM Powershop and osCommerce.
The Manual Sales Entry add-on allows you to enter sales records from other sources such as telephone sales.
The sales data is collected and sent to Packing Partner just as you would for online sales, easily allowing you to take advantage of integrated labels for your manual sales also.
